The Conference on Islamic Economy has concluded

The Conference on Islamic Economy, organised by the Association for the Promotion and Development of Islamic Economy in Montenegro at the Hilton Hotel in Podgorica on 26 November, has concluded.

As one of the active participants, Assistant Professor Dr. sc. Aldin Dugonjić, head of the Centre for Halal Quality Certification, highlighted in his presentation, among other things, that the halal industry and market are continuously growing despite the pandemic, and that the countries of the region occupy a negligible share of the halal market. “We need networking of economic stakeholders in the region and a joint appearance on the halal market,” Dr. Dugonjić said at the end of his presentation.
