Entrepreneur and Co-founder of New Bakery

Constantine Azar is an entrepreneur with international business experience who has directed his entrepreneurial path toward the development of the food industry, confectionery production, and the placement of traditional products on international markets.

In 2013, together with business partner Mehmet Halim, he founded the company New Bakery in Croatia, recognizing Croatia as a strategic location for expanding business into the European Union market and international markets. The company has developed a production facility in the Zagreb area and established export cooperation with numerous markets, including the United Kingdom, the United States, and European Union countries.

Under his leadership, New Bakery has developed a business model that combines traditional recipes with modern production technologies and high quality control standards. The company's products have also found their place on the shelves of major international retail chains, including the British retailer Marks & Spencer.

Through his entrepreneurial activity, Constantine Azar contributes to the international promotion of products made in Croatia, demonstrating how traditional Mediterranean products can achieve success on the global market.
