Foundation of Quality: Halal Education at Pan Pek Đakovo

Today, a training course on the application of halal standards was held at Pan Pek d.o.o. in Đakovo for employees involved in production and control processes.

Through a clear and practical presentation, Dr. sc. Mirsad Arnautalić from the Centre for Halal Quality Certification brought participants closer to the key requirements of halal standards and their everyday application in work.

Emphasis was placed on what makes the difference: consistent implementation of procedures, raw material control, hygiene conditions and the important role of internal auditors in maintaining the halal quality system.

The training provided employees with concrete knowledge and confidence in applying halal requirements — an important step towards further business improvement and quality enhancement.
