Halal Business Forum 2023 presented during the Sarajevo Business Forum and Sarajevo Halal Fair.

The Centre for Halal Quality Certification promoted the upcoming 3rd edition of the Halal Business Forum during the three-day 12th Sarajevo Business Forum, the largest investment conference in the region.

As part of the Sarajevo Business Forum, a panel entitled “Challenges of Climate-Conscious Food Production / Food Security for Future Generations” was also held, in which the Head of the Centre for Halal Quality Certification, Assoc. Prof. Dr. sc. Aldin Dugonjić, took an active part.

During the fair, two Cooperation Agreements were signed with the British Islamic Trade Association and Halal Expo London, and numerous meetings were held with the aim of further developing the halal industry in Croatia and more significantly integrating it into halal market flows.

Also, at the Congress on Halal Quality, which was held simultaneously as part of these events, research on the topic “Requirements for Halal Accreditations from the Perspective of Halal Certification Bodies” was presented.
