Halal Certificate Awarded to Đuzel Meat

On 10 December 2021, at the Islamic Centre in Rijeka, a halal certificate was formally awarded to Đuzel Meat j.d.o.o.

The halal certificate covers the following products: ćevapi, šiš ćevapi, pljeskavice, and burgers.

The tradition and recipe used to prepare the ćevapi date back several decades.

During the certificate award ceremony, the head of the Halal Quality Certification Centre, Assistant Professor Dr. Aldin Dugonjić, congratulated Mr. Emir Đuzel, director of Đuzel Meat j.d.o.o., on the successful completion of the halal certification process, and emphasized that the certified products further enrich the range of halal products available in Croatia and abroad, while strengthening the tourism offer.
