Halal certificate awarded to PG Orehovec

Today, a ceremony for the awarding of halal quality certificates to representatives of the agricultural estate Orehovec was held at the Islamic Centre Zagreb. The ceremony was attended by: the president of the Meshihat, mufti academic Dr Aziz ef. Hasanović; the president of the Centre’s Management Board, Dr Mirza Šabić; the secretary of the Meshihat, MSc Nermin ef. Botonjić; and Centre employees Enisa Botonjić and Muhamed Mandžić.

At the beginning of the ceremony, Ms Enisa Botonjić addressed those present and welcomed them. Along with congratulations on the successful implementation of halal standards, she emphasised the successful cooperation in the field of implementation, as well as the producers’ commitment to aligning their production with the halal standard.

This was followed by the formal awarding of certificates by Mufti Aziz ef. Hasanović, who, with congratulations to Mr Željko Orehovec and his associates, presented an additional certificate confirming the high quality of the products.
