Halal certificate awarded to Tvornica ulja Vinkovci.

On 14 July 2022, Tvornica ulja Vinkovci was awarded a halal certificate for the successful implementation of halal standard requirements. Tvornica ulja Vinkovci d.o.o. met all measures and requirements prescribed by the halal standard, and on this occasion a halal certificate award ceremony was organized at the company’s premises for its cold-pressed oil brand, Sunce Vinkovaca.

Sunce Vinkovaca is obtained by mechanical pressing of sunflower seeds. The oil thus produced fully retains all nutrients, primarily essential fatty acids, with which the seed is naturally rich. Pressing raw sunflower seeds yields a clear yellow liquid with a pleasant and characteristic aroma and taste, rich in important nutrients.

The halal certificate was presented to Ms. Zdenka Prgomet, the company owner, by the Head of the Centre, Dr. sc. Aldin Dugonjić, accompanied by the Head of the Certification Department, Nedim Omerović.
