Halal certificate presented to Poljodar tim d.o.o.

On 31 March 2022 in Daruvar, a halal certificate was ceremonially presented to the company Poljodar tim d.o.o.

The company is engaged in the production and cultivation of cereals, seed processing, maize processing, and the provision of services and trade. The company also organizes game farming, specifically fallow deer, which are fed with cereals produced on its own estate, contributing to better utilization of production space. The company was ceremonially awarded a halal certificate for the breeding, semi-processing and sale of fallow deer, thereby becoming the first company capable of supplying halal game meat. During the halal certificate award ceremony, the Head of the Centre for Halal Quality Certification, Assoc. Prof. Dr. sc. Aldin Dugonjić, congratulated the Director of Poljodar tim, Mr. Dr. sc. Mijo Sabolić, and his associates on the successfully completed halal certification process, emphasizing that certified products further enrich the range of available halal products in Croatia and abroad and strengthen the tourist offer.
