Knowledge in Focus: Internal Seminar for Halal Quality Auditors Held

Last week, we held an internal seminar dedicated to the development and strengthening of the competencies of halal quality auditors.
The seminar was opened by Enisa Botonjić, Head of the Quality Department, who in her introductory address welcomed the lecturers and auditors and emphasized the importance of continuous education, knowledge exchange and joint work on improving the halal quality system.
Through professional yet dynamic presentations by Prof. Dr. Amela Semić, Dr. sc. Mirsad Arnautalić and Zlatko Majhen, participants had the opportunity to further strengthen their knowledge on the role of auditors, the application of relevant standards and norms, food safety and halal practices, operational controls and process verification, as well as the use of modern digital tools in audit work.
With active discussions, practical examples and the exchange of experiences from everyday practice, the seminar once again showed how important such internal gatherings are for strengthening expertise, team spirit and the common goal – consistent and credible halal quality.
