Seminar on the Success of the Application of the Halal Certificate in the International Market.

We invite companies to the seminar “Success of the Application of the Halal Certificate in the International Market,” which will be held on Thursday, 22 October, at 11:00 a.m., at the Croatian Chamber of Economy – Osijek County Chamber, Europska Avenue 13.

The workshop is organised by the Osijek County Chamber in cooperation with the Centre for Halal Quality Certification.

As part of the seminar, the book “Halal – A Standard Tailored to Man” by author Aldin Dugonjić, head of the Centre, will be presented. The book explains the concept of halal and provides practical examples from the food, cosmetics, tourism, and hospitality markets. It also answers numerous questions related to the role of halal in certification and standardisation, the development of the halal market, the impact of halal on economic development, and its contribution to exports and tourism.

The seminar is intended for manufacturers, hoteliers, restaurateurs, travel agencies, tourist boards, the scientific and academic community, and journalists.

As part of the seminar, one of the certified manufacturers will speak about their experiences.

Participation in the workshop is free of charge, but it is necessary to register via the online application form below this text. The deadline for registration is Wednesday, 21 October.

Due to epidemiological reasons, the number of participants is limited to 30.
