Strengthening Halal Quality Through Education and Cooperation

A training course for halal quality auditors was held at the Centre for Halal Quality Certification, led by Enisa Botonjić and Nedim Omerović.

We are particularly pleased that representatives of our long-standing partners – Ireks Arome and Vindija – attended the training, companies that continuously invest in the development of their teams and the consistent application of halal standards.

The training covered current topics in the field of halal quality, with special emphasis on the practical application of standards, everyday challenges in business processes and the exchange of practical experience. It is precisely such meetings that create space for new knowledge, useful discussions and further strengthening of cooperation.

In the halal industry, quality is not something that is achieved once – it is built and confirmed through continuous work, learning and adaptation to new market requirements. That is why we particularly appreciate it when our long-standing partners recognise the importance of continuous improvement and actively invest in the knowledge of their employees.
