The Head of the Centre for Halal Quality Certification, Assistant Professor Dr. sc. Aldin Dugonjić, participated online on Wednesday, 23 December 2020, at the World Halal Summit. As one of the speakers, the Head spoke on the topic: “How Have We Forgotten Halal as a Universal Remedy?”

Zagreb, 22 December 2020 – The Croatian Sugar Industry d.d. was awarded a halal quality certificate for its newly added plant in Osijek by the head of the Centre for Halal Quality Certification, Assistant Professor Dr. sc. Aldin Dugonjić.

From 21 to 23 December 2020, the sixth World Halal Summit will be held under the theme: “Halal for All, Halal in All Aspects, from Production to Consumption”.

Yesterday afternoon, the head of the Centre for Halal Quality Certification, Assistant Professor Dr. sc. Aldin Dugonjić, visited the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development. The Centre’s head informed State Secretary Nataša Mikuš Žigman about the activities carried out by the Centre and the possibilities for joint cooperation.

Today, the head of the Centre for Halal Quality Certification, Assistant Professor Dr. sc. Aldin Dugonjić, visited the Croatian Employers’ Association and met with its Director General, Dr. sc. Damir Zorić.

The Conference on Islamic Economy, organised by the Association for the Promotion and Development of Islamic Economy in Montenegro at the Hilton Hotel in Podgorica on 26 November, has concluded.
